We will ship to international addresses when we can verify your name and address.
We MUST be able to verify your name and address with your international bank. To make this process quicker, please send us a copy of the remittance portion of your credit card statement that has your name, address, and account number printed on it.  Submit this by fax (214-221-0254), or as an email attachment through your scanner.

Although we will attempt to verify through your bank, many international banks do NOT offer verification services. Thus, to expedite your international order, we ask you to help us.

ALWAYS

• Make certain that the address you provide matches your banks billing records EXACTLY!
• Notify your bank of an alternate shipping address in the event you need shipment somewhere else.
• Always include your correct EMAIL address in the order form.
• Make certain to fill out all credit card information COMPLETELY.
• Include your bank's telephone number with international dialing codes from the USA.  This number is usually found on the back of the credit card.

TO EXPEDITE

• Ask your credit card issuer if they offer name and address verification to USA merchants.
• FAX us the top portion of your latest credit card bill that includes your account number and address.

Our goal is to offer the BEST international service to our customers.  

Our Shipper:
Our shopping cart software will not estimate or charge the cost of international shipping.  These charges will be added to your ticket once the package is prepared for mailing.  We charge an additional $10 for handling international shipments.

We use US Express Mail because of their speed, economy and bar-tracking mechanisms. The costs are generally about $36 for 4lbs and $6 for each additional. Order multiples to make your freight shipment worthwhile.  Shipments to Western Europe may be shipped UPS Worldwide Express at rates comparable to US Express Mail, however, the duties and brokerage costs can sometimes be much more expensive.  Please choose wisely.

Cheaper forms of international shipments exist, but they are too risky.  Tracking is only available with US Express & UPS Worldwide at this time.

Pants and jeans weigh approximately  1-1/2 pounds.  Shirts weigh approximately 1 lb. The box, tape, and forms weigh about 1 lb. To get a more accurate estimate, visit the US Postal site.
