How to check an order's status:

One way to check your order's progress is by contacting your credit card company, and:

• reviewing any authorizations from us.
• review any actual charges made by us under the name, Big Tall Direct, Dallas, TX, or Dan's Big & Tall, Dallas, TX.
  (We only charge your account after your package is packed and ready to ship.
  So, if you see any actual account charges, then the package is on its way!)

• Your credit card company doesn't see any attempts at authorization for orders
  placed in the last few days.  Orders are authorized automatically during the checkout process.
• You don't receive UPS email confirmation after a few business weekdays after placing your order.  
  This does NOT apply to international, APO/FPO, and other US Postal shipments.
• Please allow 2-3 business days for processing and ADD freight time to estimate your delivery date.
