Tips on Making a Successful Exchange

Criteria

Merchandise returned must meet the following criteria:

Items that do not meet the criteria above may be subject to refurbishment fees deducted from your purchase price. We have had particular problems with garments full of pet hairs, smoke odors, ripped packages of underwear/pajamas, and opened shirts returned without original packaging or returned with packaging that is unusable.

In each of the above cases, you will be charged either a cleaning fee (when possible), or your item will be donated to local charity in your name. 

Refunds will be applied to customer's original credit card for the merchandise returned, not the freight charges.

Suits and Blazers are special order items, and returns will be assessed a restock and refurbishment fee of $15. Please know your sizes before ordering.

Your Carrier

Shipping expense is the customer's responsibility.

We highly recommend UPS to handle your returns.  In the event of missed delivery, you can have your package tracked.  They are the only carrier that captures signatures electronically at point of delivery, and they pay their claims for lost parcels very quickly.

Our experience with the US Postal Service is that they are not efficient in processing their claims for lost deliveries.  Their delivery confirmation service does not require signature, and therefore, is not deemed proof of an inbound return.

If your package is lost by your carrier, it will be your responsibility to collect any claims.
