I have found shopping on line at your store to be easy.  Having worked in the big and tall clothing business for more than 5 years, I am familiar with the products on your web site.  I find the prices to be reasonable, I usually get items for less with shipping than shopping at my local store.

I appreciate the selection and the reasonable prices. I have primarily bought short sleeve Axis and Cutter Buck style casual shirts. I think that you have a great selection of these type of shirts.  I also appreciate the ability to talk with a real person if necessary. I had some quality problems with one type of shirt and I was offered  a prompt complete refund. I look over your inventory whenever I need clothing and I plan to continue to do so in the future.

I haven't done too much regular shopping through the site, but I really appreciate your service, the delivery was fast and response was just as good. I really like the large selection of different sizes, and the various setups one could browse through to get the right outfit look for the best price.

I have recieved very good service from big and tall direct.  I really have no complains.  Only thing I can ask is for more 6x in some of the name brand stuff and maybe more name brands but I understand that is a business decision.

 
        I have nerver had a problem ordering online.  It has been easy and quick.  The quality of your clothing  is great too.  I have shopped at another online and catalogue big and tall, but their  clothing was not as nice.  Cheaply made.  Thank-you

 

I wear size 52x32 pants and 3xl shirts .  Your website is the greatest thing that has ever happened to me.  I can go on line and get any brand I want and for a unbelievable price.  I have to drive 50 miles to my nearest big and tall store.  So not only do you save me money with  buying clothes but save on gas which in my area it is 1.55 per gal.      I have sent things back that didn't fit.  Wow it is so easy and I receive credit very quickly.  I get e-mails of sales and deals you offer.  I look forward every day for those e-mails. I get frustrated trying to find clothes for my husband at the retail level, but you have a large selection. I have placed several orders, and the orders have all arrived promptly and the quality was excellent. I am very pleased and will continue to do business with Big and Tall Direct.  
I have had great success ordering from your website.  I especially like the fact that you can search by size and not find something only to be disappointed that it is not in the size I need.  My husband wears the heavyweight t-shirts for work.  Your customer service department is very quick at getting back to me when there is a problem with my order.  Other sites have made me wait a week to get things straightened out.  I will continue to buy things from you in the future.  Keep up the good work!!!
