Where is My Package from Big Tall Direct?

You should have received an email when your package dispatched from us (when we ship by USPS), or an email from Fed Ex.  It will contain the online tracking number and the carrier we selected. 

Typically, we select the carrier on the following criteria:

  • FedEx SmartPost (Delivery by the post office for mid-weight packages and distances over 500 miles.)
  • Fed Ex Ground (Delivery to a commercial address for distances over 500 miles, and/or heavier parcels.)
  • Fed Ex Home (Delivery to a Residential Address for distances over 500 miles, and/or heavier parcels.)
  • Priority Mail (3-day or deliveries that are light or/are near Texas, PO Boxes, Apartments)
  • Priority International Mail (International, APO/FPO).  

At this time, the online tracking mechanisms for FedEx are not directly available from our website.   Please visit http://www.fedex.com and enter your tracking number from your email.
